The whole group was in their rooms while we had to wait an hour. There are rooms with balconies but they are limited in number.Rooms are otherwise okay.Communicating with the reception staff was a bit difficult for me but somehow it was managed.Breakfast is too boring. Great Hotel roof top complimentary breakfast.

Really good breakfast and good location for a reasonable price. Prices are the average nightly price provided by our partners and may not include all taxes and fees. Breakfast was very good and there are very good restaurants near by. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Could have done with more than just the coffee machine in the room (tea would have been nice). I know it's winter but..the rooms became too hot.we had to open windows to let the cool breeze enter in. more. Lovely quirky hotel.

Rooms were clean and warm. So we , a family of 4 had to sit in two different tables ,which was quite disappointing .Even at the reception we had to wait for about 10 mins to check out as there was only 1 gentleman attending the guests.. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was fabulous, close to a metro brilliant staff would highly reccomend we loved the great range at breakfast. Another positive feature was the relatively large bathroom. Lovely quirky hotel. Hotel was located on a good position in Rome and the staff was excellent.Breakfast shows not much change during the week but it is more then sufficient. One thing I would like to point out was that at the breakfast room , there were no waiting staff to attend to you although I did see about 3 people in and out of the kitchen area, they hardly helped the guests. Good location for sight seeing as it’s close to Bologna metro. Actually I was given a couple of ground floor rooms which should be avoided as there is no view and you may feel claustrophobic. I was there on 5 days on business at the university, but my wife was along for vacation.The staff were friendly and very helpful and the room was unusually large for Europe. but further from the major sights in Rome. more. But lot of food shops around and they are excellent. Only problen is the thin walls. Very clean. Everything was excellent!

First time in Rome for the time we spent in the hotel the room was good enough. more. In fact due to the early morning rush,there were a lot of guests in the breakfast area, and we needed a table of 4, but couldnt find one as the tables which were vacated were not cleaned until the time we were done with our breakfast. It is very convenient to the University and reasonably convenient to the Termini station, and the metro which we didn't use). The breakfast lady was charming.The only real negative was that the carpet was stained, and the sheets were worn.
